If you are not happy, please request for refund. Items must be returned within 5 clear working days. You must need to get authorisation from the company before going to return process.
Items can be return if it’s faulty or incorrect for replacement. All returns must be in original packing and condition with everything received from us. Please note that any items returned but incomplete will remain unprocessed and will delay refund or exchange.
Once we receive the item, it will pass through our inspection department to confirm reason. In unlikely event that if we cannot offer an exchange, we will issue full refund including your postage costs. In all other cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund and postage cost is non refundable.
You should provide valid address when buying any products. You should provide all information including your telephone and email address when you register with us. Please make double sure your email is up-to date. You will receive invoices and dispatch confirmation via email.
Orders received before 3:00 pm will normally be posted same day (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Our normal delivery time for first class post is 2-3 working days and second class is 5-7 working days.
Item not received on time:
If you do not receive your item within this timeframe after having received a dispatch notification from us, we normally advise to the buyer give it another 1-2 working days more, as from our experience Royal Mail/Courier service is not always 100% efficient with their delivery time .If you did not receive your item after 7 working days (after delivery confirmation email to you), please touch with us by filling contact page.
We only accept PayPal. You can use debit / credit card using PayPal gateway without registering.
